Nothing to hide. Nothing to sell.
Plain words, no legalese wall. Last updated August 2026.
The short version
This site collects almost nothing. The app collects almost nothing. Your conversations live on your Mac, not on our servers, and we don't watch them. Here is exactly what happens, in plain words.
On this site
This website has no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, and no ad scripts. We don't follow you from page to page, and we don't build a profile of your visit. The only third-party request a page can make is to Google Fonts, so your browser can download the typefaces — that request goes to Google and is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours. Like every website, the server that hosts these pages may keep brief technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and abuse prevention. Those logs aren't used for tracking or advertising.
The waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address. That's the whole file. We use it for one thing: to tell you when Rainline launches. We don't sell it, we don't share it, and you can have it deleted any time by writing to support@pragma-digital.com.
In the app
Your conversations, your memory, and your tool calls stay on your Mac. Not on our servers — we're not even in the room. Your API keys live in the macOS Keychain, encrypted by Apple. We don't log your prompts, we don't read your responses, and there are no analytics hooks in the conversation path. If you want, you can switch on lockdown mode and cut every remote connection except the model provider you choose.
What we never collect
We don't collect your browsing history, keystrokes outside Rainline, screenshots, location, contacts, or camera and microphone feeds. The app doesn't phone home. If it ever needs to send anything, the app asks you first and shows you exactly what it is.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of anything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. For almost everyone, that's just the waitlist email. One email to support@pragma-digital.com, and a human handles it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't quietly start collecting things after telling you here that we don't.
