01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Rainline ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
02 Description of Service
Rainline is a macOS application that provides a privacy-first interface for interacting with third-party AI models via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Rainline Basic is offered free of charge. Rainline DevKit is a paid subscription service with additional features.
03 Your API Keys and Accounts
Rainline requires you to provide your own API keys for third-party AI providers. You are solely responsible for the security and appropriate use of those keys. We do not store your keys on our servers.
04 License
Subject to these Terms, Pragma Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rainline for personal or internal business purposes.
05 Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the App without authorization
06 Subscriptions and Payments
DevKit subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial months unless required by law.
07 Disclaimer of Warranties
Rainline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pragma Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Rainline.
09 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
